Pomegranate Lassi

- 1 pomegranate
- ½ cup/120ml water
- 1¼ cup/300g plain yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- De-seed the pomegranate and blend the seeds with the water. Strain the mixture in order to get the hard part of the seeds out.
- Blend the pomegranate juice with yogurt and honey and serve cold.
*If just the pomegranate juice isn't sweet enough for your kids, then you can add some mango for sweetness.
